Ingredients:
- 8oz fresh watercress
- 5 bulbs of garlic, chopped in chunky pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tsp coconut aminos
- 2 tsp fish sauce
Directions:
- Sauté your garlic in a pot or wok until fragrant, about 2 minutes
- Add in watercress and allow to cook until beginning to soften, be careful not to over cook you still want a little “crunch” left in
