Avocado Tomato Salad

This is the perfect quick salad to add to any meal or you can simply enjoy it as a snack. It is so simple yet it is full of super nutrients that help create vibrant health. Avocados provide 20 essential nutrients, including potassium, B vitamins and folic acid. Even though they are soft, avocados are high in fiber. When you add fresh parsley and cilantro, you are adding herbs that help to detox heavy metals. Boon Appétit!

Cube 2 whole organic avocados into a medium size bowl.

Chop up 2 organic tomatoes and add to the bowl.

Squeeze the juice of 2 organic limes over the mixture.

Add the following:

½ cup fresh organic parsley, chopped up

½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped up

1 Tbs. Bragg’s Organic Sprinkle (a blend of herbs that add a zing to any recipe)

Salt to taste

Cayenne to taste

Stir carefully so you don’t “mush” the avocado. Enjoy!
