This is a raw and gluten free yummy dessert with no added sugars. You can really taste the natural sweetness of the fruit while the crust adds that little crunch. The only preparation is soaking your seeds and dates overnight and making sure you have some ripe, but too soft, bananas. Enjoy as a dessert or breakfast treat. This recipe makes 4 small cups.
