Ingredients:

1/2 – 3/4 cup coconut water
2 TBSp chia seeds
2 TBS hemp seeds
1 TBSP Pumpkin seeds
1 cup of frozen berries (I used strawberries and blueberries)
1 scoop Naked collagen powder [3]
1 TBS tahini
1 TSP spirulina
dash of cinnamon
dash himalayan salt

Directions:

Pour coconut water into blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. For thinner consistency add more coconut water.
