
Grilling kabobs is part of our summer festivities. Whether you choose to simply create a vegetable Kabob or if you want to add some organic meat, this marinade is delicious. You can marinate the veggies and meat overnight or simply for a few hours. If you are using vegetables, add a sweet onion, peppers, zucchini or mushrooms. Bon Appétit!
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp. agave or organic maple syrup
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves, chopped up
2 tablespoons oregano leaves
2 teaspoons rosemary leaves
Mix together and pour over the meat and veggies. Let sit for a few hours or overnight.
