Full of many vitamins and minerals this soup is not only healing but is easy to make and can be conformed to whatever veggies you may have in the home. This uses the bone and marrow providing essential nutrients needed during the healing journey. Make ahead and make a lot! This can frozen and thawed for later use.
1-2 fully cooked chicken breast(You can boil these ahead of time in your stock) Remember to always use organic hormone free chickens!
Bring Broth to a boil and add your veggies! Carrots, onions, broccoli, spinach, etc. and simmer for 25 to 35 minutes.
When the vegetables are fully cooked add 1-2 crushed cloves of garlic and cooked shredded chicken for an additional minute or two. Turn of heat and let it cool. Enjoy!
