Flax Seed Biscuits


2 cups almond flour

1 cup brown ground flax.

2 teaspoons baking soda.

1 teaspoon baking powder.

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 cup of xylitol or stevia to taste
Mix dry ingredients together.

In seperate bowl add 1/4 coconut oil.

Juice of  1 lemon.

2 eggs. Beat and add to dry ingredients.

Drop in large spoon ful on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
