
This is an incredibly chewy and crunchy breakfast bread. This loaf is gluten free and has no added sugar except for the dried fruit. It’s loaded with fruit and nuts which adds fiber to your diet. It can be a very satisfying snack or dessert as well. Bon Appétit!
Beat these ingredients together in a medium bowl:
1 cup almond butter, room temperature
¼ cup Xylitol
4 eggs
In a separate, larger bowl add the following:
1 cup almond flower
¼ cup arrowroot powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
½ cup flax meal
½ cup raisins
½ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup almonds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. allspice
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix thoroughly.
Bake in a glass loaf pan at 350 F for 45-50 minutes or until it is done in the center.

I am having trouble printing off your wonderful receipes, esp. the latest one on Nutty Gluten Free Bread…when I bring up the receipes, my print capability disappears. If I print out the whole paper(s), I can’t get the receipes. Any help here?
