Gluten Free Stuffing

Gluten-Free Stuffing

Nothing tops off a delicious meal more than a savory stuffing. My mother-in-law created the best tasting stuffing I ever tasted. My husband loved it so much that I decided to try a gluten free variation to see how it turned out. It was amazing! The fresh rosemary is the key. Bon Appetit!

Break up 2 Loaves of Udo’s Millet Chia Bread into small pieces. Place in a large bowl and let it air dry for several hours.

Chop1 large onion and sauté in 2 Tbsp. butter or coconut oil

Add 1 cup chopped celery and sauté until tender.

Add this to the bread.

Break up at least 3 long twigs of rosemary and place in the mixture.

Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

Drizzle ½ cup of organic chicken broth over the bread mixture. Stir gently. Stuff it into the turkey or chicken.  Enjoy!
