
Let’s face it…we all love bread! But how can you indulge without feeling guilty and nourish your body at the same time? Learning to cook with Almond Flour is a wonderful replacement for wheat or rice flour. This bread is so simple and so tasty. Use it as a basic recipe and then get creative by adding raisins, cranberries, nuts, olives or various herbs. Bon Appetit!
3/4 cup raw almond butter                                Mix almond butter, oil, eggs and sweetener.
2 Tbsp coconut oil                                            Combine the rest of the ingredients .
4 large eggs                                                     Mix the wet and dry ingredients together and pour
1 Tbsp xylitol or stevia to taste                                into a glass and oiled loaf pan.
1/2 cup almond flour                                          Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 F, or until
1/4 cup arrowroot powder                                       a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup of your favorite raisins, olives, or cranberries
1/4 cup of whatever nut you choose
1 Tbs of favorite herb like Rosemary
This bread is unbelievably good! When I made it I couldn’t believe it would actually turn out to be like bread. It is very moist and holds together.
