
For those of you who are looking for ways to cut back on carbs and grains, this is a perfect replacement for rice. This is such a simple idea and is so easy to prepare. I read about this somewhere on the Internet and added my own personal flare to it. Bon Appétit! Â
Cut up 1 head of cauliflower into small flowerets
Place in a food processor.
Pulse and chop until it is finely ground up. Don’t over grind because thenm it will get mushy.
Heat 1 Tbsp. or more of coconut oil or organic butter in a pan
Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic
Add the cauliflower and sauté lightly for a few minutes,  just enough to heat it up.
Again, you don’t want to overdo it because it will get mushy on you.
Add salt or any spice to your taste.
I will actually try this with broccoli and see how it turns out. Enjoy!
