Juicing is so much fun because you can get creative and add all kinds of green leafy vegetables with a few fruits to change up the flavor. This juice is on the sweeter side and you don’t want to drink this on a regular basis, especially if you are on a healing journey. But I felt like trying something different and it was delicious! Remember, when you drink juice, you are drinking very concentrated amounts of food and nutrients. So make sure you swish the juice in your mouth to activate the salivary enzymes since digestion really begins in your mouth. And of course, it goes without saying that all the ingredients should be organic. If not, then at least peel the skin to remove the majority of the toxins. Bon Appétit!
