In 2003, the University of Colorado [1] published a report about the potency and concentration of EGCG, a powerful antioxidant found in green tea. The researchers found that Matcha green tea contained up to 137 times more EGCG than regular green tea. Matcha [2] can boost the immune system, suppress inflammation, and can cause breast cancer cells to die.

Try to not eat them all at once. Bon Appétit!
