There are endless varieties of juices since we can mix and match vegetables, greens and herbs. The plant compounds in Cilantro have anti-cancer properties – they prevent DNA damage and prevent the spread of Breast Cancer cells. Cilantro extracts act as powerful anti-oxidants, preventing oxidative damage in the cells. It also binds heavy metals such as mercury and expels them from the body. Rinse and clean the following organic vegetables and fruits:
8 – 10 large Kale leaves, stems removed
1 cup of Cilantro leaves and stems
1 cup of Parsley
6 Celery stalks
2 Granny Smith Apples
Cut and quarter the produce so that it fits into your juicer.
Add a dash of cayenne to the bottom of the glasses. Pour the juice and drink slowly, swishing the juice in your mouth to “digest” the juices. Enjoy!
