
Kombucha, a fermented tea, has grown in popularity over the years because of its beneficial elixir properties. One of the main components in Kombucha is glucuronic acid, a compound that assists liver detoxification. Another useful component is glucaric acid which  makes the liver function more efficiently. You can be adventurous and make your own or you can by raw, flavored Kombucha at most natural markets.
