
If you are looking for a crunchy, chocolate, sugar free dessert, these treats are the answer. The raw cocoa and the soaked nuts deliver many nutrients that are perfect for a snack attack or a guiltless dessert. Soak the following nuts overnight:
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 cups almonds
In a food processor, chop and pulse the following:
All the soaked nuts
1 cup raw cacao
Sweetener of choice: 1/3 cup Xylitol or 2 tsp. vanilla Stevia or 2 packets of Stevia. You can vary and add more according to your sweet tooth
4 Tbs. Chia Seeds
1 cup shredded, dried coconut
Drizzle 2/3 cup melted coconut oil and mix well.
Roll into balls and place on plate or cookie sheet. Let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour so the balls can harden.
Makes 50 large balls. Enjoy!

You can soak them overnight- 8 or so hours
