Ann Fonfa is a 25-plus year stage 4 Breast Cancer survivor who chose to explore holistic approaches when it came to healing. In 1999 she founded the Annie Appleseed Project, a non-profit that spreads the word about evidence-based complementary and alternative cancer therapies.
Today Ann discusses her journey with Breast Cancer and the multiple recurrences she had. What treatment options she chose and how she dealt with the fear that surrounds a diagnosis? Through the Annie Appleseed Project, she is able to advocate for and educate others about Cancer and evidence-based treatment options.
