When you are craving a little chocolate goodness that is also good for you, these are the perfect solution. Remember chocolate crackle when you were growing up? Well, not only are these the healthier version, but they are super-packed with protein and healing coconut oil as well. These little morsels are not too filling but will definitely satisfy a sweet tooth. They are great to have right out of the freezer or frig. If you take them on the road, put them in a baggie to avoid mess as they will tend to melt a little.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cooked millet (cooled)
¼ cup melted coconut oil
7 tbsp chocolate protein powder (grass-fed or bone broth works best)
3 tbsp shredded coconut
¼ cup almond butter
Liquid stevia to taste
Cupcake liners
HOW TO PREPARE:
Mix all ingredients together.
Divide evenly between cupcake liners and place in the freezer to set.
