Cruciferous vegetables are so beneficial for supporting healthy hormone levels since they help to cleanse the liver and breakdown unhealthy aggressive estrogens so they can be excreted from the body. Steaming or slightly cooking broccoli makes the nutrients in the vegetable more easily assimilated. You can substitute coconut oil to stir-fry the veggies. However the ghee gives it a nice buttery taste. Remember that the Miracle Noodles are carb free but give you the enjoyment of eating “pasta”. This recipe serves 2. Bon Appétit!
To begin with, cook 1 package of the organic Applegate Turkey bacon. Let sit.
Wash and dry 2 packages of the angel hair Miracle Noodles and place on a large plate.
Chop the following:
4 cups raw broccoli
2 cups spinach
½ cup onion
In a large pan, melt 1 Tablespoon organic ghee
Add the veggies and stir until the broccoli is still crispy but slightly tender.
Slice and chop 4 slices of the turkey bacon and add to the veggie mixture.
Pour over the noodles. Add more butter if you like and sprinkle with parmesan or Nutritional Yeast and Himalayan salt. (Optional) Enjoy!

George Kennie, I have not read that, but not surprised that it is. I agree with Dr. Greger, and many others, who advocate an all-plant, whole food, diet for cancer of any kind. Some of these cancer websites have recipes that are in no way good for people with cancer.
How many servings does this recipe make? Or what is the size of a serving? I sound good!
