Coach De’Ann’s Mediterranean Olive Salad Dressing

Hi, my name is De’Ann, and I have been designing Healthy Breast Recipes like this Mediterranean Olive Salad Dressing and supporting women as a 7 Essentials System® coach for nearly a decade.
 
And now, I’m sharing one of my favorite salad dressings!
A good dressing can turn any salad avoider into a salad lover; however, many store-bought ones are filled with toxic seed oils and artificial ingredients. My Mediterranean Olive Salad Dressing is creamy, salty, light-tasting, and filled with cancer-healing ingredients. Women in Mediterranean countries have much lower rates of breast cancer, and it is partly thanks to the ingredients in this salad dressing. To learn why, please read this blog post.
 
I would make it in big batches and store it in the fridge for quick and easy salad lunches. Enjoy!

Ingredients: Mediterranean Olive Salad Dressing recipe by De'Ann

  • 1 1/2 cups high-quality mayo- I used avocado mayo
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves 
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Himalayan or Celtic sea salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • One 6-ounce jar of green olives, drained 

Directions:

  • Blend all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy, taste and adjust salt or vinegar to taste
  • This makes a full Mason jar amount of salad dressing, so use what you want and then store it in the fridge in an air-tight container to enjoy again another day!
