There are so many alternative breast cancer treatment options lately that it can be difficult to choose which one(s) you want to focus on. Every cancer patient has the ability and the right to choose what is right for them. Nothing is considered “wrong”; that’s the good news. The enormous spectrum of choices is what makes it difficult.
Let’s break down the different alternative treatment offerings.
Supportive Oligonucleotide Therapy (SOT)
SOT is a personalized therapy for cancer, viruses, and pathogens including Lyme Disease. The SOT can bind to a specific gene of interest that controls the cancer cell or pathogen by disrupting the critical process that promotes its survival or growth. During this therapy, the patient’s blood is analyzed and we can create a complementary oligonucleotide sequence that is designed to interrupt the survival or growth of the cancerous cells.
IPT (insulin potentiated therapy)
IPT is also known as low-dose chemotherapy. It is one of the safest and most innovative approaches to treating cancer. It is a kinder, gentler way to fight cancer effectively, including particularly aggressive cancers such as lung cancer and colon cancer. IPT is also effective on a wide variety of other cancer types.
This alternative treatment has almost none of the side effects such as nausea, radical hair loss, liver damage, and DNA distortion that we see routinely with standard chemotherapy. The key to IPT as a cancer cure is the body’s hormone.
IPT manages the delivery of glucose across cell membranes into the cells. Cancer cells have 10-20 times more IPT receptors on their surface than normal cells.
Gerson Therapy
Our bodies have an extraordinary ability to heal themselves. Gerson Therapy is a natural treatment system that activates that ability. Developed in the 1920s by Dr. Max Gerson, the therapy protocols target underlying causes of degenerative disease, toxicity, and nutritional deficiency. These protocols include detoxification through organic, raw juices, natural supplements, and a plant-based diet.
Dr. Gerson’s progress became well known as his dietary therapy was successfully applied to heart disease, kidney failure, and finally – cancer. Friend and Noble Prize winner, Dr. Albert Schweitzer’s type II diabetes was cured by treatment with Gerson’s therapy. After 30 years of clinical experimentation, in 1958, Gerson published A Cancer Therapy: Results of 50 Cases. A medical monograph that details the theories, treatment, and results achieved by a great physician.
Gerson passed away in 1959. He was eulogized by his long-time friend, Albert Schweitzer, M.D.:
“ . . . I see him as one of the most eminent geniuses in the history of medicine. Many of his basic ideas have been adopted without having his name connected with them. Yet, he has achieved more than seemed possible under adverse conditions. He leaves a legacy that commands attention and which will assure him of his due place. Those who have been cured will now attest to the truth of his ideas.”
How it works
Rather than treating only the symptoms of a particular disease Gerson Therapy are all-encompassing and wholly restores the body’s own ability to heal itself. Gerson Therapy discovers and targets the root causes of most degenerative diseases, which are toxicity and nutritional deficiency. This approach effectively treats a wide range of different ailments.
Alternative Cancer Clinics
There are so many different alternative treatment options for cancer clinics available now that it can be difficult to choose between them all. There are some in the United States and many around the world.
One such clinic is Hope4Cancer in Mexico. The owner, Dr. Jimenez, who has dedicated his life to natural therapy treatments for cancer, has one of the largest diversity of alternative cancer therapies available on the planet. There are light and sound therapies and anti-microbial therapies, supportive immune therapies, and in-depth nutritional counseling.
Another location is An Oasis of Healing in Mesa, Arizona. They have a wealth of information about cancer, detoxification, diet, intravenous therapies, immune support, and other important aspects of wellness. Integrative Oncology Expert, Dr. Thomas Lodi says, “Remember, the question is not “How Do I Get Rid of Cancer,” but rather, “How do I stop making cancer.” I feel like this is a very profound perspective that should be addressed by everyone. A gentle yet powerful reminder that we are in control and that we can take our steps to remain healthy.
A very dear friend and recovering Breast Cancer thriver is Tara Coyote. Tara lives in Hawaii where she owns and runs a horse therapy program. Her Breast Cancer journey began in 2016, and she found Breast Cancer Conqueror online and joined in with the coaching and some protocols. As a result, she has now written her book called, “Grace, Grit, and Gratitude”.
Her personal story is wonderful, and her basic message is:
“You are so much stronger than you think you are. I believe that cancer or any challenge for that matter is a wonderful opportunity to drop into strength and to transform whatever difficulty you’re facing. I would encourage people to drop into the experience, face your emotions, work through your fear and think of it as an opportunity to transform yourself.”
No matter what you choose to undertake or where you choose to go, your Breast Cancer journey is yours and unique to you. I think it is important to remember that by incorporating alternative and conventional medical services, natural healing modalities, high-quality nutritional products, and a unique educational and training program, you can be inspired to regain your birthright – health!
