Manifest Healing Energy
Everything is energy. In fact, according to a Nobel Prize Laureate, Carlo Rubbia, we are only one-billionth physical matter…the rest is ALL energy. If your body is energy and light, then it makes sense that we keep that energy balanced and free of interference. To truly heal, you must focus on your whole being: which starts with creating emotionally, energetically, and physically healthy cells.
When your body is “at ease,” it can function at optimal levels and maintain health. However, when it is not at ease because of unresolved tensions and stress, it will manifest “dis-ease.”
Manifest Being In Control
Your DNA is NOT your destiny. You do have control over your health and your life! Epigenetics tells us that your behaviors and environment can cause changes that affect the way your genes work. This is why I am constantly researching and finding specific and actionable ways to prevent and heal breast cancer naturally. Manifest Kindness and Gratitude
I love Louise Hay and her message of self-love and acceptance. In her book, Heart Thoughts, she says,
“The body, like everything else in life, is a mirror of your inner thoughts and beliefs. Every cell responds to every single thought you think and every word you speak.”
Therefore, wear your kindness and gratitude glasses every day—for medical purposes! Before I get out of bed each morning, I say—out loud—two things you are grateful for. It could be: “I’m grateful to be able to buy fresh produce today at a farmer’s market. “I have a friend or family member that I get to visit this afternoon.” It can even be something “basic,” such as “I get to sleep in a comfy bed.” Don’t overlook or take anything for granted! This will start your day off with a lens of kindness and gratitude.

It helps you reduce anxiety, increases sleep, cultivates creative thinking, heals emotional wounds, stimulates the relaxation response, and so much more. Manifest Being Your Own Placebo
Dr. Joe Dispenza’s book, You Are the Placebo, says, “If you begin the inner journey and start to change your inner world of thoughts and feelings, it can [eventually] create an improved state of well-being. “If you keep repeating the process in meditation, then in time, epigenetic changes should begin to alter your outer presentation—and you become your own placebo.”

Manifest Immune System Health Via Happiness
The old saying, “Laughter is the best medicine,” carries a lot of truth. Of course, it shouldn’t be your only medicine, but laughter, fun times with friends and family, being silly and playful, and doing hobbies just for the love of it should be part of your prescription.
There have been all sorts of studies about laughter and the immune system. Many researchers are now using natural killer (NK) cytotoxicity as an indicator of immune system functioning. Here’s a fascinating study on laughter, immune systems, and how NK cells can kill off cancer cells. Manifesting healing comes from doing all the above, as well as the simple act of putting on a healing lens that filters your thoughts, energy, words, and actions. How is that possible?
