
This creamy, antioxidant-rich Blueberry Smoothie Chia Seed Pudding is a nourishing treat your body will love (and so will your family!). It’s packed with cancer-healing superfoods flax seeds, chia, and blueberries—it’s the perfect blend of nourishment and flavor. This pudding is also quick and easy to make, so enjoy as a snack, dessert, or even breakfast as much as you want!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups almond milk
- 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1tbsp ground pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (or whatever seeds you want to grind!)
Directions:
- In a blender add your almond milk, blueberries and vanilla protein powder, blend until smooth
- Pour chia seeds and blueberry smoothie into a air tight container and mix together very well. Allow to sit for at least 4 hours or ideally overnight
- Stir before serving, top with more blueberries or as pictured here with a sprinkle of bee pollen, ground flax and pumpkin seeds and a scoop of coconut yogurt!
