Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower chopped into florets
- 3 TBSP (or more) of avocado oil
- 3 TBSP nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 415 degrees Fahrenheit
- Add raw cauliflower to a large bowl and add in oil, nutritional yeast and spices
- Mix to coat cauliflower well, adding more oil if seems too dry
- Spread the cauliflower mixture on a sheet pan with parchment paper and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown
- Sprinkle with extra salt or nutritional yeast to taste and enjoy!
