Broccoli literally switches breast cancer OFF, and this Miso Steamed Broccoli recipe will turn your taste buds ON! It’s the perfect meal and incredibly easy to whip up. I make it in big batches and eat it for lunch throughout the week.

Ingredients:
- 1 head of broccoli, cut up into florets
- 1 bunch cilantro roughly chopped
- 1 bunch mint roughly chopped
- 1 head romaine, finely chopped
- Sesame seeds to garnish
- For the dressing:
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 heaping tsp miso paste
- 1 tsp ginger and garlic powder
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- A few drops of stevia to taste
Directions:
- Mix all of the dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside
- Heat up the oven to 360 degrees
- Mix broccoli heads with some oil and salt to taste and bake for 20 minutes
- Combine cooked broccoli, mint, cilantro, dressing, and sesame seeds in a large bowl and enjoy
