  • 1 (15oz) can chickpeas 
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 – 2 tsp nutritional yeast 

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400
  • Drain and rinse chickpeas
  • In a bowl mix the rest of the ingredients and then add the chickpeas, mix very well so all the chickpeas are coated
  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and separate so that chickpeas are not touching as much as possible
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes until crispy
  • Let it cool down and enjoy!
