Miso Steamed Broccoli and Romaine

Miso Broccoli Recipe
Broccoli literally switches breast cancer OFF, and this Miso Steamed Broccoli recipe will turn your taste buds ON! It’s the perfect meal and incredibly easy to whip up. I make it in big batches and eat it for lunch throughout the week. 
While waiting for the broccoli heads to bake, please read this article on why broccoli should be a staple in your diet. If you aren’t a big fan of these little trees, you can also take Brocco Power: 1 capsule = 500 grams of fresh broccoli!

  • 1 head of broccoli, cut up into florets
  • 1 bunch cilantro roughly chopped
  • 1 bunch mint roughly chopped
  • 1 head romaine, finely chopped
  • Sesame seeds to garnish
  • For the dressing:
    • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
    • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
    • 1 heaping tsp miso paste
    • 1 tsp ginger and garlic powder 
    • 3 tbsp sesame oil
    • A few drops of stevia to taste


  • Mix all of the dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside
  • Heat up the oven to 360 degrees 
  • Mix broccoli heads with some oil and salt to taste and bake for 20 minutes
  • Combine cooked broccoli, mint, cilantro, dressing, and sesame seeds in a large bowl and enjoy
