What chocolate lover doesn’t enjoy a deliciously gooey chocolate brownie? These brownies are guilt free and nutrient dense. Avocado is a very versatile and nutritious food. They provide over 20 essential nutrients such as potassium, Vitamin B and E and folic acid. Raw cacao has one of the highest ORAC values topping Goji berries and blueberries. Adding avocados and raw cacao together make for a superfood dessert! Bon Appétit!
Ingredients
2 Ripened Avocado
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
3 Eggs (or vegan egg replacer)
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1-2 tsp. Stevia glycerite or to taste
1/2 cup Raw Cacao Powder
½ Cup Raw Nuts, chopped (optional)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a double broiler melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Add the stevia to the melted chocolate and set aside.
Blend the avocados in a good processor until smooth.
In a large mixing bowl add the eggs, vanilla extract, and avocado. Then add to the melted chocolate mixing well. Next mix in the coconut flour. Pour the mixture in a 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle the nuts on the top and bake for 15 minutes.

You don’t mention when to add the raw cacao powder.
You can add that with the other dry ingredients.
