For anyone looking to balance their hormones, which is most of us, this hormone-balancing tea has become my go-to! Cranberry juice is a photo-estrogen (the good food type), raspberry tea helps balance estrogen and progesterone, and Dandelion is great for liver and digestion. I’d sip to all of that!
Ingredients:
(Makes 30 ounces)
- 3 bags of organic dandelion tea
- 3 bags of organic raspberry tea
- 2 bags of organic peppermint tea
- Juice of one lemon
- Filtered water
- 1 cup no sugar added cranberry juice
- Few drops of stevia to taste
- 30-ounce container
Directions:
- Steep tea bags by putting them in a container and cover them with hot water, allow to sit for 5 minutes or so
- Remove tea bags and allow the tea mixture to cool
- Add in cranberry juice, stevia, lemon juice
- Top off with filtered water
- Store in the fridge covered and drink in 10-ounce or so servings once or twice daily
