Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large lemon, juiced (2 tbs)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbs honey
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp chili pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, spices, salt and pepper to taste and . Whisk together.
Coat chicken in the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
