Roasted Veggies

This is a simple and easy way to add vegetables to any meal. Cruciferous veggies are especially beneficial for supporting the liver and breaking down the excessive estrogens we may have lingering in our body. Adding organic rainbow carrots gives a slight sweetness to the Brussel sprouts. Even finicky eaters will like this recipe. Bon Appétit!

Chop up the following:

2 cups of Brussel sprouts

4-5 rainbow carrots

1 large onion

Add 4-8 whole garlic cloves

Sprinkle with grapeseed oil and Himalayan salt

Stir gently to spread the oil on all the veggies.

Bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes, depending on how you crispy you like your veggies. Enjoy!

    • It is a very healthy oil to use since it has a very high cooking temperature. It is similar to using coconut oil.
