Sea Salt Chocolate Date Bark

Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Bark Recipe
This recipe comes from Breast Cancer Conqueror Karin Campion, who is keeping weight on and nourishing her body through conventional treatments in the most deliciously decadent way!
Instead of giving you a sugar slump that also feeds cancer cells, this bark energizes you by fueling your brain and body with healthy fat, antioxidants, fiber, and protein.
My only caution is that it is sooo good that your friends and family will want to eat all of it before you can!


12 dates or more,  pitted 
1/3 cup almond butter
2 oz.  bittersweet chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil 


Put and lay flat dates for the base layer in the bottom of an 8 “ square pan lined with parchment paper. Use the back of a spoon to flatten. 
Spread with a layer of your choice of nut butter. 
Place the pan in the freezer while you melt on stove chocolate and coconut oil. 
Pour melted chocolate on a frozen date and almond butter. Spread and sprinkle with sea salt. 
Lift out of the pan and cut into squares once set. 
Keep in the freezer.
