Short on time but want something with the perfect amount of spice, crunch, and healing ingredients? Then this Spicy Raw Cucumber Carrot Salad might just become your go-to side or light meal.
Carrots are sprouting with nutrients and antioxidants such as beta-carotene, which protect cell membranes from toxin damage and slow the growth of breast cancer cells. Cucumbers flush out damaging toxins, hydrate your skin, and strengthen your bones with vitamin K. Coconut Aminos are dripping with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties. As in all my recipes, every ingredient is strategically selected for both taste and function. Essential #1 is Let Food Be Your Medicine, and eating my recipes will help you do just that! Chow down!
