This Super Seed Cracker recipe is a powerful addition to your diet! Get creative and have fun, but remember these two tips: thinner equals crunchier, and bake them at 350F to keep the flaxseed’s nutritional value.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup water (or a little more to get the desired consistency)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Sea salt to flavor

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • In a bowl mix seeds, seasonings, oil and water
  • Stir well- you are looking for a sticky consistency from the chia seeds, add more water if needed to get desired consistency 
  • Allow to sit for 15 minutes stirring occasionally
  • Speed evening and thinly on a parchment-lined baking sheet 
  • Drizzle with a little more oil and salt if desired
  • Allow to bake for 30 minutes
  • Allow to cool down for 10 minutes
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!
