Detox & Stop Cancer with Modified Citrus Pectin

If you ask eight different people about how to use Modified Citrus Pectin (MCP), you might get answers such as:

  • Thickening agent in baking and cooking
  • Part of citrus fruits and apple peels
  • Stops breast cancer cells from spreading
  • Removes/chelates toxic metals from the body
  • Has anti-metastatic properties
  • Great for total body support and aging
  • Creating an anti-inflammatory environment for your gut
  • Treatment for lead poisoning

…and all of them are correct! All of these incredible healing benefits can come from a fruit peel and a touch of science and technology. I could add a dozen more benefits to this Modified Citrus Pectin (MCP) list! This is why I dedicated this article to a few of the top benefits for breast cancer conquerors.

I first became fascinated with MCP during my second healing journey when I was deep into researching the devastating effects of toxic heavy metals and how to properly get them out of our bodies. The more I dove into the benefits of Modified Citrus Pectin, the more I learned how important it is for us on a healthy breast pathway to take every day. Below is a snapshot of my research and how to get the most effective and clinically proven MCP shipped straight to your door in capsule or powder form.

What is Modified Citrus Pectin?

First, let’s start with pectin. It is a complex aggregation of polysaccharides first isolated and discovered in 1825 by a French pharmacist named Henri Bracconot. You might have already eaten it today without even knowing. Natural pectin is the spongy pulp found in the peels of citrus fruits like grapefruit, oranges, limes, plums, and apples. Many people also use it when making jams and jellies.

Pectin is part of the plant’s primary cell walls. It contributes to structural integrity and provides a barrier to the external environment. While it does support digestive health, the molecules are too large to enter the circulation, so the benefits are restricted to only the GI tract.

This is where the advanced Modified Citrus Pectin (MCP) swoops in to save the day. The modified version is an altered form of pectin with shorter carbohydrate chains and smaller particles. This allows it to easily absorb into the bloodstream and be better utilized by the body.

Why Should You Take Modified Citrus Pectin?

There are over 100 studies and research showing promising results. Let’s peel away a few of the specific benefits that modified citrus pectin may offer.

MCP Stops Cancer From Spreading

In study after study, MCP’s capacity to promote the follow—no wonder MCP has earned considerable recognition as a safe and effective intervention!

A sticky situation

This is the kind of sticky situation you really want happening in your body! MCP is bountiful in a substance called galactose, which controls galectin-3. Galectin-3 is a binding protein that plays a major role in tumor formation and progression MCP can “stick” to the cancer cells and make them slippery. For example, MCP may help suppress cancer cells from grouping together, to form adhesions, or develop a metastasis by acting as a ligand (a substance that binds to another chemical to form something larger). Through binding to the galectin-3, it can inhibit it from doing other damage as slippery cancer cells can’t stick to cells in other parts of the body.

MCP Removes Toxic Metals

Heavy metals can come into your body via all sorts of sneaky ways. Mercury from dental amalgam, aluminum from antiperspirants, bromide from commercial flours, heavy metals in toxic cookware…it isn’t always obvious. But it is clear that they all can lead to inflammation and dis-ease (including cancer) if left in the body.

Modified citrus pectin can act as a natural chelating agent without all the harmful side effects of other types of chelation therapy. The “chelating effect” means that it binds with harmful metals and escorts them out of the body through the urine.

In the study conducted by the Amitabha Medical Clinic and Healing Center in California, after six days of MCP use, lead levels in urine increased by over 500%. Urinary cadmium levels increased by 150%. High urinary metal levels indicate that the body is expelling them. Lastly, since Modified Citrus Pectin only affects harmful metals, essential minerals such as zinc and magnesium were not affected.

Your MCP Prescription

Like anything you buy, quality matters. When it comes to a supplement that can truly make a difference in your healing journey, quality really matters. Make sure you buy Modified Citrus Pectin from Econeugenics. This is the only company that has clinical studies proving its effectiveness.  Many other MCP products may contain filters. Particle size also matters as Econeugenics has a patented process that ensures absorption and effectiveness. As with anything I write, take, do, or support, I make sure it is evidence-based and made by only the most trusted companies.

If you rather swallow a pill, I recommend PectaSol-C®’s capsules. If drinking is better for you, their lime-infusion powder option is a great way to go. As always, talk to your holistic health practitioner, doctor, or a 7 Essentials System® Coach about the best dosage for your healing journey.

    • This is not a usual side effect of MCP. Are you drinking enough water? Moving your body? You can always consider adding fiber as well to “bulk up” the stool to make it easier to pass.
