These aren’t your original macaroons. These raw blueberry macaroons are raw, sugar-free, and guilt-free.
Blueberries are high in antioxidants which help reduce DNA damages and free radicals. Blueberries are high in phytonutrients, vitamin C, potassium, vitamin k, manganese, and other essential nutrients. They are also a low glycemic fruit.

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh wild/organic blueberries
2 cup unsweetened organic coconut shreds
1 tbsp lemon juice
8-12 drops of stevia, optional can also add more or less
1/4 cup almond flour
3 tbsp coconut cream
2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions:
In a small food processor mix the blueberries and coconut cream until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Using a spoon scoop out the mixture and form ‘balls’ on a tray to put in the refrigerator. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before indulging. You can also drizzle some sugar-free chocolate on top!
Can I use anything else besides coconut cream? I don’t always have this on hand.

No. Coconut cream is a different product….much thicker than coconut milk
